Mwanza - Serengeti
Meet your One-Way Tours & Safaris guide at 7:30 AM in your hotel in Mwanza city, a dramatic launch point (we offer free transfers). Check-in through Ndabaka gate and spend the rest of the day enjoying this adventurous safari of the lifetime. Dinner and overnight stay in the park.
Serengeti - Full Day Game Drive
Soon after breakfast collect your packed lunch and go for a full day game viewing, drive to Maasai Kopjes, Retima hippo pool, and other interior areas searching for leopard, lion, cheetah, jackal, buffalo, hyena, hippo, elephant, topi, impalas, gazelle and hundred species of birds including Eagles. Return to the lodge/ camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Ngorongoro Crater
We drive to the Ngorongoro Crater with a stopover (option) at the Maasai Boma. Descend the Ngorongoro Crater with its size of - 250 sq km wide and 600 m deep caldera. The crater is the home to over 24.000 large animals including some of Tanzania’s remaining black rhino. Late afternoon ascend the crater and drive to the lodge/ camp.
Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, we will drive to Lake Manyara National Park - which is one of Tanzania’s smallest parks. Lake Manyara (the lake that covers one-third of the park) is famous for its millions of flamingos in the wet season, the park also hosts a population of rare tree-climbing lions. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge/ camp.
Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park and spend the rest of the day... discover the giant termite mounds and baobab trees of Tarangire. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant population, scenery, and diversity of birds. Late afternoon drive to the lodge/ camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Drive to Arusha
After a hearty breakfast, drive to Arusha city through the Masai dry land and you may have a chance for window shopping at one of the curio shops where Tanzanite (an expensive gem only found in Tanzania) and other souvenirs are sold. Arrive in Arusha at around midday.
